We know that lots of foreigners want to come to Belarus but visa issues stopped them quite often. Great news is that now more than 80 countries’ citizens can come to Minsk for 5 days without visa. It’s perfect for festival attendees as we have parties from thursday till monday.
All you need to do to get free visa is to fly to Minsk airport️ (return ticket is needed) from any country except Russia and stay no longer than 5 days including dates of arrival and departure.
No invitations, no special docs, only valid passport (it must be valid 6 months after your trip to Belarus), return ticket and medical insurance are needed.
Check the video for detailed explanation and Ministry of Foreign Affairs' website.
P.S. If you plan to come to Minsk by any other mean of transport or fly through Russia or stay 5+ days then you will need visa (if we do not have a visa-free regime).
